You are looking at a beautiful print of my original painting "Inward Equanimity". This print is created by utilizing high resolution digital images with large format inkjet technology and printed using archival ink and on Fine Art Matte.  This print includes a .5 inch border.  You will be able to enjoy this beautiful print for generations to come.

This painting is meant to depict how our inner thoughts tend to show outwardly as a reflection of ourselves, and how internal dialogue through mindful exchange of thoughts within oneself can lead to a state of peace. The juxtaposition of the waterfall within the horse represents the outcome of our own positive self-talk if we remain kind to ourselves. My intention was to capture the horse’s internal dialogue as a serene sanctuary, illustrating how the mindful exchange of thoughts within can lead to a state of placidity. It's a process where the things that we tell ourselves can become a source of solace, shaping thoughts to be harmonious and encouraging, or on the other hand can also alter into turbulent chaotic waters. It illustrates the power of self-reflection and how the gentle conversations we have with ourselves can cultivate an inner landscape that is conducive to tranquility and balance.

The goal is to find peace within your own mind by approaching it with acceptance rather than judgment. Just as the horse painting harmonizes the waterfall within its form, aim to integrate the various aspects of your thoughts without labeling them as good or bad. Practice mindfulness, observing what you tell yourself without attachment. Create moments of stillness to quiet your thoughts. Allow the turbulent streams of thought to settle, fostering a sense of calm.

I know, we all struggle with this from time to time, but our minds are incredibly powerful! We become a reflection of what we most frequently tell ourselves. Remember, peace with inner dialogue often begins with self-compassion, recognizing that the ebb and flow of thoughts are a natural part of your unique journey.
